Rites-of-Passage Program

Our rites-of-passage program is designed to guide boys of color through a process of defining and achieving manhood. Participants work with mentors from our Nation Builders Global Leadership program to identify and emulate qualities of manhood. This program employs an asset-based, culturally-responsive, and trauma-informed approach to guiding the next generation as they transition from boys to men.
