The Nation Builders Program empowers the next generation of social, economic, and civic leaders to influence their peers, their government, and their economy as agents of change. Through community-based and academically-based programs we help youth from the elementary to college levels to develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. We give them the opportunity to immediately apply what they learn to problems in their communities. This is accomplished through a variety of asset-based and culturally-responsive programs.

Our asset-based approach challenges participants to identify their talents, determine what marketable skills they can develop from those talents, and create a path to becoming the person they want to become.

Our culturally-responsive approach helps participants to understand the history of their culture and how to apply that history to their present struggles and accomplishments. We want them to believe that their rich history is evidence that they are valued members of society who have a rich future.
