The Agents of Change Program, formerly known as Talented Tenth, is an alternative sentencing program done in partnership with Atlanta's Municipal Court. It is designed to help nonviolent offenders discover their talents and use what they discover to develop skills they can use to give back to their community and participate in their city's economy
